Client: Navigation Property Marketing Suites Location: St Johns Hill, Wandsworth, London The St John’s Way, Wandsworth development is located in a regeneration of a 1930s existing Peabody estate directly adjacent to Europe’s busiest train station, Clapham Junction and consists of 528 new homes. Our Client Navigation Property Marketing Suites Services was directly approached on the back of several successful completed projects for Peabody and in turn we were employed by them to design a marketing suite to be located within the development site. Due to it’s proximity with Clapham Junction the new building required a strong presence due to an extremely high volume of potential footfall which we feel was achieved with the angled contemporary style. Mill Hill, London Taylor Wimpey

Client: Navigation Property Marketing Suites Location: Mill Hill, London With unparalleled views across central London, the Tayor Wimpey Milbrook Park development in Mill Hill has created a thriving and sustainable community in the heart of NW7 that comprises of over two thousand new homes and various public facilities. Our brief was for a new build temporary structure and due to its elevated position within the site the decision was taken to increase its presence by raising it to two floors in order to take full advantage of the site constraints and in doing so we were able to create a sophisticated and visually stunning building. Client: Navigation Property Marketing Suites Date completed: Due to start on site in 2017 Location: Enfield, London Size: 200sqm We have been commissioned to design a property marketing suite with show apartments to serve a new development in Enfield. The building is required to provide messaging and information to prospective buyers, to draw people towards the building from the train station and to serve to inspire those who wish to understand the language of the new development. The concept designs echo the aesthetic of the main development, introducing a complementary landscaping proposal and signage areas. We have worked with a local timber frame contractor who will provide a closed panel pre constructed solution to ensure delivery is as fast and efficient as possible.

Chipping Barnet London

Client: Navigation Property Marketing Suite Services Status: In for planning Location: Chipping Barnet, London Size: 40sqm We were asked to provide concept designs for the enlargement and improvement of an existing property marketing suite in Chipping Barnet. The sales team currently operate from a house-type which has been modified to provide a more open-plan ground floor, but the space is not large enough and does not provide an adequate sales environment. GROW provided concept design schemes to provide additional floor space and to nominate a new main entrance to the building closer to the car park. The customer journey is key to a successful sales facility and all publicly visible vantage points were considered at design stage to ensure the building was as visible as possible. Client: Navigation Property Marketing Suites Location: New North Square, Hainault, Essex In close proximity to Stratford and central London, the Taylor Wimpey development of New North Square consists of around 200 contemporary new homes to which our client Navigation marketing Suites Services was approached to construct the new marketing suite with a strong focus towards innovative building technology. Our design offered a sophisticated exterior using a combination of ACM cladding and full height glazing which allowed our client to install retail screens to be controlled remotely by the agency, the first of their kind in the UK. Expanding upon the brief of innovative building technology we decided to use timber frame construction methods throughout for both ease of construction and it’s sustainability aspects. Atlanta Cafe Essex

Client: Private Date completed: Unknown Location: Clacton on sea, Essex Size: 250sqm Clacton on sea is located within the district of Tendring, and is the largest town in the Tendring peninsular. The seaside provides a strong day trip contingent, which provides a considerable support to the local economy. Our clients run the local restaurant which is situated in a prominent location within the town, the lower promenade next to the pier. Our brief was to undertake a scheme of refurbishment and improvement to the existing structure which was substantially built in the 1950’s. GROW designed a simple program of upgrades to the building, including the provision of a new raised terrace and lift to the first floor which could be converted into a conference centre. Glass balustrades would replace existing with stainless steel handrails. Timber cladding added internally, and a full redecoration. We understand the scheme is under consideration.

Client: Navigation Property Marketing Suites Date completed: Location: Halstead Hill, Goff’s Oak Background The Halstead Grange development consists of a collection of 14 luxury homes set within an exclusive gated community in rural Hertfordshire, with properties at this development launching for around £1.4 million, the marketing suite had to exude and reflect the luxury and branding of the Halstead Grange development. Taylor Wimpey North Thames requested the design, build and installation of the marketing suite within an 8 week construction programme. This was the first project for that we worked on with our client, Navigation Marketing Suites Services who were directly approached on the back of a successful internal fit out for a marketing suite for Peabody and in turn we were employed by them to design a marketing suite to be located within the development.
