We were asked to provide concept designs for the enlargement and improvement of an existing property marketing suite in Chipping Barnet. The sales team currently operate from a house-type which has been modified to provide a more open-plan ground floor, but the space is not large enough and does not provide an adequate sales environment.

GROW provided concept design schemes to provide additional floor space and to nominate a new main entrance to the building closer to the car park. The customer journey is key to a successful sales facility and all publicly visible vantage points were considered at design stage to ensure the building was as visible as possible.

The buildings’ faceted design draws on the angles of the residential properties in the surrounding development, and acts as a counter point to the existing building offering a clear understanding of entrance to the customer.
